Help!!! More than 90 days but NVC have not recieved our petition.

I-130 approved on August 13,2013 but nvc have not recieved our petition yet. We did everything we can: called Nvc,DOS, Uscis.... But still nothing. Even tried to contact congressman but no answer. Confused!!! Help pls.

I'm in the same boat, called everywhere, but no way, congressman, Ambudsman, calling the USCIS Tier 2, nothing, there is no reason behind not sending them for further processing, they delayed my petition for more than 5 months before approval ,,then another delay. Just wait, wait then I have to wait. I'm really tired of this word. But that's all I have.
