Targeting another member here on VJ is in violation of the TOS - that's what winds me up. He/she posted a link to that photo in at least 3 different threads. If Matako believes that photo is in anyway violating the TOS here, he should be taking that up with the moderators, not by making that person into a public mockery. That's spineless, IMO.

On the contrary. You and everyone else here has a right to your opinion and you can post your opinion here. You cross the line, however, when you continually target another member here by using their photo. That's not expressing your opinion, that is spinelessly mocking them publicly and is destructive to this website and community here.
