This is about My petition for F1 category my dad passed away after the approval of my I-130 petition. Can any one give me legal help regarding reinstatement process as my brother is willing to be my substitute sponsor.

Petitions with no activity for more than a year a considered abandonded. If you had wanted to request reinstatements you should have done so in a timely ( within a year ) maner. You have probably waited too long now.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Can anyone help me as how long it will take to get response for humanitarian resinstatement petition . I filed it in feb 2014, still no reply. Can anyone know how long it will take. I am supporting AOS for my younger brother after my dad death for F1 category.
