right after you finish scheduling your interview online you will receive the confirmation, which will be one of our passport to get in the embassy.

hi everyone, i am here at bay view hotel right now and tomorrow is my interview, and i found out that my CENOMAR is already 7 months from when i got it, they said the validity is only for 6 months, i am sooo worried i will get 221g form because my fiance already bought my plain ticket and my flight date will be this coming december 6 2013, i know we are not wise at this, but ohhh anyone can give me some words to help me calm down and not stress out...

Unfortunately, the cenomar is really only valid within 6 months of issuance. You can expect a few days or weeks of delay because most likely you'll get 221g for it.

Very likely you will get a 221g for a new CENOMAR, but it isn't the end of the world, just a slight delay.

I have my Cenomar copy dated June,2011,omg does it mean i have to get new copy again,there's no indication on the document about its expiration date or its validity,is it only good for 1year just like NBI certificate?..MAvs

What I have always read is that USEM will request a new one if the CENOMAR or NBI are over 6 months old.

my case they didn't bother to see the date, is your interview soo close now? if not so close better to just get a new one so you won't feel what i felt while inside the embassy...besides its only a hundred something than panicking..

hehe! my interview went soo fast just 2 minutes and viola! got approved..

questions asked:

1. name of fiance

2.what is his home like? apartment, own house or what?

3.is he divorce?

4. name of ex wife

5.how many kids

6.what is his occupation

7.plans for the wedding

8.when are you going to the usa?

those are just the questions thrown to me
