14 months and still no NOA2?!?!?!?

How come you waited tha long?is your petitioner has a criminal record?or any previous merriage?when you called what did they say?when you have an infopass where is your case?feel sad

no criminal record for either of us. My case is in the Chicago office just collecting dust probably since they said i'm at the end of the line because there were other I-130's ahead of me. how is that fair? My case has been in the system since 7/26/12 and I have to go at the end of the Chicago line???!! I should be taken first.

So today I have already requested an expedite based on financial hardship. I guess we will see :(

6/17/2013 Case transferred to Local city

11/13/2013 interview at Chicago

1/27/2014 RFE DNA test

3/7/2014 RFE completed and mailed in

5/12/2014 **I-130 APPROVED** !! 652 days

6/3/2014 NVC received case

7/11/2014 choice of agent signed

7/19/2014 pay AOS bill, send aos packet

7/22/2014 NVC received AOS papers

8/20/2014 send IV packet

8/25/2014 NVC received IV papers

8/27/2014 pay IV bill

9/9/2014 DS-260 completed

9/15/2014 AOS checklist

9/24/2014 NVC scanned aos

10/29/2014 "paid" turned to "n/a"

10/31/2014 called NVC and confirmed case complete

11/4/2014 email with interview scheduled

12/15/2014 INTERVIEW

02/20/2015 I-601 waiver received @ Nebraska

07/14/2015 I-601 waiver APPROVED

8/10/2015 ceac changed from refused to ready

8/12/2015 visa was issued !!!!!!

we have same but me its over 15 months now and until we dont have yet noa2

everytime i edit my timeline i cant save its show fix the error all my dates is correct

June 2 2013 priority date
december 2013 Rfe
february 2014 sent Rfe
March 2014 approved at USCIS
june 2014 NVC received
march 2 2015 sent aos and iv package
march 8 i emailed nvc request to expedite my case
march 13 approved expedite request
march 17 in transit status in CEAC
march 19 case file at US embassy
march 23 first day of medical at Slec
march 29 personal evaluation...passed!
April 6 immunization
april 13 interview at USEM. under Administrative Processing Reason; Medical result was still not forwarded by SLEC.
After my interview i called SLEC they told me they forwarded it at USEM same day of my interview.
July 29 I emailed SLEC to confirm again when did they forwarded my Medical Result at USEM. They replied...forwarded April 13.
July 30 status update date change FINALLY.
September 2015 went in US embassy to withdraw my passport coz I've waited for how many months and no approval yet. Only to find out my case file has been sitting in the corner ...no one reviewed my medical result. to make the story short, I took medical again for the second time , then after a my medical result released, I have my visa on my hands.

October 28 2015 POE Sam Francisco
November 7, 2015 SSN
December 2015... 10 year green card arrived
December 2015 Driver's license issued..yay! <p>




NATURALIZATION N400 SECTION 319B
January 29,2016 Application for N400 section 319b sent at Phoenix AZ
February 1 Priority date
February 9 NOA
February 23 Biometric done, walk in (March 2 original schedule
February 28 Inline for interview
March 30 interview was scheduled
May 4, 2016 INTERVIEW APPROVED

Did you atleast get a touch on your file?

What did they say in the infopass?

I heard some people got approved with a lawyer infopass

update:

no, the lawyer refused to take my case and told me I would just have to keep waiting. just a lame experience.

A few days ago I got a notice in the mail saying in a few weeks uscis at Chicago office will be interviewing me (because I was married before) but i'm not worried, I just need to get past this step and keep going since we have a baby together now.

I do not think the info pass appointment I had in August did anything. I had another one yesterday when I got the appointment and tried to get my interview sooner but she said they were booked up :( she also said don't worry since you and your husband have a baby together and he's listed on her birth certificate. 3 weeks until my interview and we will see...positive thoughts that we get approved and move forward!!!!!

Hey don't feel bad I'm in the same boat as u right now I still have nt go my no2 yet sadly :( my case was transfer to Memphis and has been there since 2012 of nov

did you contact your senator? it does help to get things moving !
