My husband works in US from april 2012 to 2013 part time and his incomes were less then $19,000 in this time. He started to work full time just in January 2013, so his salary isn't documented in last year w2. It'll be shown only in 2013 w-2. But he is going to provide ADP pay stubs for the last 6 months. Which is the right form to use? What documents does he need ? He needs to an additional sponsor?

Any help.

I started my job in January. Before that I was below the poverty line. All I had was 3 pay stubs and a letter from my employer stating that I was employed full time and how much I made. This was sufficient. No worries!

As long as he is currently above the 125% of the poverty level and can prove it with copies of his recent pay stubs, he will not need a co-sponsor for the affadavitt of support (I-134 at this stage and the I-864 for the adjustment of status stage that comes later). He should also supply a letter from his employer on company letterhead stating is hire date, the job title, pay rate, and if this is a permentant position or temporary or seasonal.

Good luck,

Dave

Is this sufficient?

It depends on the number of household.

Check the poverty guidelines: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=73c63591ec04d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD
