NOA2 Aug 27.. my Fiance called DOS yesterday morning and they still don't have it..

I-129F Application mailed: 10-July-2013; NOA1 (hard copy): 22-July-2013; NOA2: 29-Aug-2013 (text/email)

NVC: 52 days

NVC received: 15-Oct-2013; Got case #: 16-Oct-2013(phone); In Transit: 17-Oct-2013(CEAC website)

Consulate ~ Medical - POE: 139(+) days

Consulate received: 21-Oct-2013; Packet3 forms sent to Consulate: 29-Oct-2013; Packet4 received: 04-Nov-2013

Medicals completed on 28-Jan-2014; Interview on 10-March-2014; Visa in hand: 24-Apr-2014

Try to email csc to check where you file is... thats what others do if they are over the 30 days....

NOA 2 was Aug 26th...still not NVC case number. Called just on Monday, and they still don't have it. Oct 14th will be 8 weeks :(

06/13/2013 - I-129f sent

06/17/2013 - I-129f received

06/20/2013 - NOA1

06/21/2013 - Alien Registration Number changed

06/27/2013 - Received hard copy of NOA1 in the post

08/26/2013 - NOA2

09/05/2013 - NOA2 (hardcopy)

10/10/2013 - Called DOS and got NVC case number (no notifications to say it had been sent)

10/11/2013 - NVC sent case to consulate

10/17/2013 - Consulate received

10/23/2013 - Packet 3 received

10/31/2013 - DS 160 Application submitted and sent to the embassy via post11/06/2013 - Fiance has medical

12/16/2013 - Embassy Interview, Approved!

06/04/2014 - POE Seattle SEATAC airport

07/05/2014 - I-485 and EAD received

08/29/2014 - Advance Parole approved

09/05/2014 - EAD approved

07/02/2015 - I-485 denied

CSC people are taking forever. Yours should be up end of this week/early next... my NOA2 was Aug 21 and I got my case moved to NVC last Thursday (Oct 3). So your case should be coming up here any day now!

wow.. at last at last...congrats to you..when did u call? did u call nvc? or DOS?
