Account to pay K1 fees?

Hello,

I am starting the process for the Fiancé Visa with my fiancé who lives in the USA.

I was wondering how I could pay the first fee to USCIS? I understand we need to make the payement and send the proof of payement when we send the first package.

But how do you make the payment if you don't live in the US? Do I need to contact the US embassy in my country to have instructions or does someone here have an idea?

Other question, once we finish to prepare the package, do we have to send it to Dallas to this address:

USCIS P.O. Box 660151 Dallas, TX 75266

Is this address for everybody? Just wanted to make sure.... Thank you!
