1. Why do you have E3 visa in your profile? Is that what you're going for or an IR-1/CR-1?

2. There's no way to know. It varies for each case.

3. Please set up your timeline for statistics purposes (in the left bar with user details, near the posts, click Timeline under your profile information).

I'm the beneficiary.

Want to know what's happening with your case? Here's the USCIS tracking page (get an account and see if the case's been 'touched'!). Don't get your hopes up though, some cases never even appear there despite being successfully processed.

Here's a VJ video how to set the timeline up. Adjusting your profile: click on the little arrow near your nickname in top right corner of the page and select "My Profile", there click on the blue button saying "Edit my Profile". Setting it up correctly helps other members understand your situation better.

Are you sure it's a K3 and not IR-1/CR-1? You're filing for a non-immigrant visa?

I'm the beneficiary.

What Hollyday said.

:)

No one can tell you when you will have your interview... Seriously. No one.

I know it's hard to wait.

And it would definitely be easier to wait if we knew when this nightmare will be over...

Hang in there!

Your medical comes when you get our interview date. Which comes way after you are approved at USCIS which stated earlier USCIS is saying 16 months that's just at USCIS.

You still have maybe 2 to 4 months at NVC than Case Complete and Interview date schedule.

No one can tell you exactly because of the new distribution of I-130 petitions. Since you sent in a I-129F that may delay you even further since each petition is now in separate places.

All you can do is wait and just prepare for the long haul.

If you are applying for a Spouse Visa for a green card. The I-130 is the visa you will need to get. How long will it take is now a guess since I am already six month since my NOA1 and waiting. I thinking of stretching to 2 year I will be married 2 year and will not have to deal with this mess after our approval. See my wife will get 10 year green card at the first interview. If you are married less then 2 years after you get the first approve visa to the US you will be able to live in the US together. You will have to go through another interview gather more paper and deal with the same system and pay more fees. This will be in the second year you are here in the US. If the government shut down this will be delayed cause more stress. Welcome to our great government system. lol
