Timeline

the approved I-129F was sent on to National Visa Center for further processing.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yep on to nvc. Now you can start calling after 1 week to see if you get your case number

 

8/22/15 Received notice of interview "call in letter" for September 1st 8am

9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

 

ROC

6/2/17 mailed I-751 to csc priority mail

7/1/17 I-751 returned rejected (multiple items)

7/3/17 I-751 mailed again with signature confirmation

7/6/17 second I-751 delivered and signed for by Daniel Manchaca

7/10/17  Check Cashed

7/10/17  NOA

7/22/17  Biometrics letter for 8/2/17

8/02/17 Biometrics appointment DONE

3/05/18 case moved to local office

8/25/18 Extension letter (18 months)

9/29/18 service request submitted

10/06/18 response to service request

10/11/18  approved. No RFE, no interview

10/16/18  approval letter received in the mail

10/19/18 greencard received

This will probably be the last update from uscis. Now once nvc receives your case they will assign you a case number beginning with SDO. Then you will track it here:

https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

This site will tell you when the case is shipped to the embassy. Then the embassy will set up appointment date and send packet 4 to your fiance.

This is so confusing. ..lol

No hun be happy that they are picking up speed. I got my case # exactly a week after getting that message. Don't worry you can always ask here and many ppl will help you. Hopefully before the end of Oct you case is sent to DR.

i got this msg too but on the 30th of september my lawyer said it means ur case has been sent to NVC Ahora solo tiene que esperar una semana and u can call to get a case number and then u can check to see when the embassy receives ur case and it will say when they sent out packet 4 i believe to ur fiancee y ahi estara la fecha para tu cita !!! i guess everything from here on is fast !! I'm so excited, hope u are too CONGRATS ! !dancin5hr.gifgoofy.gif

Sounds like your approved I-129F was sent on to National Visa Center for further processing. This is good.
