Hi folks,

Thanks to this site. Very helpful. Just want to share this. I know this might look stupid but we got approved after 8 days of resubmitting the correct form. So guys, you may want to check the form that you already submitted. This happened to me which honestly is a stupid mistake. The Form G325A. Exactly what my RFE asked for but unfortunately I did not pay much attention to this! We submitted the RFE on 8/07/13 and I was confident that we complied with the requirements so I was expecting approval soon. I got worried after 5 weeks because no response yet from the site except for the usual "RFE Response Review." I revisited VJ site and read the forum and got curious when somebody posted and made a comment about it could trigger an RFE for not submitting the correct Form G325A! Yes, I wasn't aware before about Form G325, Form G325A, Form 325B.. So my fiancee from the Philippines unintentionally printed Form G325 again! And because I didn't pay much attention to this form(they are exactly the same info on each forms), I thought that we did alright with the RFE when we mailed it. So to continue, my curiousity brought me to checking my own scanned copies of the RFE submitted. And yes, it was the same Form G325 not the G325A that they were asking. I almost slapped my head for this stup.... that I did! I called my fiancee right away and told her about our problem and had her reprint the correct form, mailed it to me. USCIS received the letter with the correct form on September 12, 2013 and got approved on Sept. 20..

Fellow VJs waiting, who knows, you might have done the same mistake that I did. It's just a letter missing but meant the whole process! Good luck to all!

If all people read carefully the forms type, they should not have encounter any problems. It is required two people to do so. My fiance and I had check every single forms many months before submitted our I-129F and double checked again before mailed it. Anyhow, congrats for your approval, .
