Our petition was sent and approved January. but, my husband sent the AOS last May and I only sent my IV application September. We also asked for an expedite recently. Where does mine fall under?

We requested expedite. Expedite was approved October 31st, so I assume that's the "case complete" date?

No info on interview yet, consulate has told me that our file is on its way to them. I'm optimistic about a November interview date, since we are in a rush.

Guys, I had my CR1 visa interview today at Montréal. It was approved. My original interview was scheduled for thru 15th of November, bu since. Had plans to visit my wife and attend a marriage last weekend I rescheduled it for 25th.

Long story short, all went well. Appointment was at 10 but I showed up at 8 and was able to get my interview and everything done by 9 45. Only one thing that bothers me is that since my passport has no surname written and my given name had my entire name written, therefore the officer told me that my visa would say that my first name is FMU (first name unknown) and my last name s my full name. Ive heard that this might gives issues when trying to get the SSN but we'll see. The immigration officer did cancel my B1/B2 visa in front of me and congratulated me for the approval. I was not even asked for My proof of picks/chats/emails etc.

Once I g's my passport stamped with visa back, I plan to do a weekend trip to get þhe endorsement done and them return to Canada to finalize my wrap up here.

Does anyone know if I can ask the CBP officer to update my name into the SAVE database so as to be the SSN sorted out.
