help CRBA im a naturalized father to my daughter

HELLO GUYS smile.png

1)Become permanent resident SEP2006

2)Become US Naturalized Citizen NOV2011 (then Got US Passport)

3)Got married OCT2012

4)Become Father to first Born AUG2013 (daughter)

Now my question is can i apply for CRBA for my duaghter how do i meet physical presence what they will need as a proof that i have been here in US for five years, ..i do have entry stamp on my Pakistani passport the day i enter and become permanent resident i do have my all trips exit/entry stamp on my Both passports (pakistani, USA).. school transcript form 2007 till 2010..bank account statement from 2008 to present.i don't have, i do have tax statement for only 2008 , 2011 and 2012. will this be enough to prove my physical presence? since i have no other proof.

In this seven years, i was outside the United states 3 times.. 2 trips were only about 1 month and some days..and the last trip was 3 months.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT I NEED YOUR GUIDANCE.

if you meet the requirements, then go for it.

if you not meet the requirements, then chase after a cr-2 visa for the child. When she hits USA soil, she qualifies for auto-us citizenship but ya gotta chase after a USA passport in the USA.

I guess yer question is, do you meet the requirements for CRBA and overseas consular processing of a USA passport.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

You definitely meet the requirement. You have been present in the U.S. for at least 7 years (and probably more before that, before you became a permanent resident), minus only some short trips abroad. Your question is do you have sufficient proof of it.

School transcripts are very good proof. Paystubs would also be good if you have any. Passport stamps also may help but passports are not alway stamped when you cross borders.
