Hi , everybody on September 23 I send the RFE request and in my receipt from the post office say that they will received it on September the 26 ,,,, now my question is after the day that they suppose to received how many day they usually take to put on the case status that they have received it and they are review it the RFE ... Please can someone tell me something abt please

For me it said they were suppose to recieve it on the 14th but the post office actually took 1 week to send it and 4 days later i got approved.

RFE for what exactly? I received a "checklist" for my AOS which took about 3 weeks to process, then another for the DS-260 which took over the DS-230, this took only about a week. So give or take from a week to a month. Just keep in mind NVC now estimates 30 business to process documents or about 1-1 1/2 months. Good luck :)

Hi check my signature and timeline i am rfe before and now got our noa2 days after response review. I hope it will help you.. I am VSC transfer to TSC. Now my case is under TSC but lat sept 24 its been shipped to DOS.

Sept 17 ------------------------- Rfe response review

Hi I just received an email saying that they have received my RFE and that they are review it? I'm wondering how long they take to approved the case ,, my RFE was intent to marry letter ...if some of you received the same RFE previously how long they took on ur to approved can someone tell me please thanks

Hi,

Not to disappoint you, I depend on the officer who is handling your file/case at USCIS. Mine RFE was about the same “Letter of Intent to Marry". My case is been there for 9 months now and it has been over two weeks since they have received my RFE documents. I have not heard any thing so far, still waiting patiently. Hope you get approved quickly. Your case worker might act fast, but my case worker is very very very slow................ who knows when...............? Good Luck!!!!!
