My fiance in Morocco was called to take his passport. I am assuming that papers he will be given are protocol, e.g. medical examination and other requirements. What does this mean? He was told to be sure and take his passport and be there @ 2 pm. Is this good news? Anyone with this type of issue and or experience?

I assume you mean for his interview. He needs a medical exam from the list of doctors in his packet, his passport, his 2 criminal investigation reports as listed in packet, birth certificate and all other revelent papers. He should have received a complete list in interview packet. If you need help, message me.

You wrote interview result was administrative review , if they called and asked for his passport...one would assume they are issuing a visa but its hard to tell from your timeline and what you are writing. Did he already have an interview?

To clear things up, I filed previously but were put on AP or AR, it expired and upon numerous attempts to call and get some information as to reasons, I could never get answers. Anyhow, I re=filed I-129F and this time around we got NOA2 in 4 months. Now, he was called to bring passport on Monday at 2PM and he will be given documents which I assume are for him to fill in. Again, from NOA1 to NOA2 it took 4 months and that is fantastic! As far as my timeline, I could not delete the previous results from his interview so I just kept same one with old review. Again, to re-state, he was called to go in and bring his passport at 2 PM.
Anyone with this type of experience?

so, he not do any visa paperwork 'work' yet, for the new K-1 visa ?

No ? if no, why not ?

I dunno - it doesn't sound like a visa interview, yet, as there wasn't an appointment letter (paper or electronic) .

when you go to ceac.state.gov with the consular casefile number - what's the exact status?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Keep us updated, I've never read of anyone being called in to bring in their passport without an interview or receiving any paperwork in the mail to fill out first. If he's getting his visa without doing those preliminary things, it would be a miracle! I wish you luck and hope you will have a miraclel!!
