You do not need to include them in the initial K-1 petition. In our case, because I am Christian and my husband (fiancé) is Muslim, my husband did bring a letter with him to the interview that my father wrote to him just incase they asked about it and all it stated was that he was aware that we were going to get married and we had his blessing. He was never asked about it nor did he show it to them. If it gives you added security to have it then bring them along with you to the interview. Best wishes.

Although we are 25+ but still I feel whats the harm in preparing the consent letter.

Plz do send,me sample letter for parents consent. Or its an affidavit of consent?

I think you may have been confusing this requirement for the Philippines with something that applies for you?

AOS for my husband

It seems that at the embassies in India they do appreciate notarized affidavits from family members in support of your engagement. My fiance and I had all immediate members of both our families sign notarized affidavits stating that they are in support of our engagement. It is not required but, we are using it as supporting evidence.
