Finally, finally, I have something positive to tell my Sandra. Touched today. Hopefully, hopefuly, almost 4 1/2 months after sending off our petition, we are nearing our approval. Fingers crossed, but it appears those at CSC with late September NOA dates can expect to be to the next stage before Christmas.

Excellent...I am a Sept 25 NOA1 --nothing yet for me so hopefully soon.

9-21-06: express I-129F to CSC

9-22-06: signed for at CSC

9-25-06: check cashed

9-26-06 NOA1

9-26-06: Touched

9-30-06: NOA1 received

12-14-06: Touched

12-14-06: NOA2 (said approved and mailed on December 13, 2006)

12-16-06: Received hard copy of NOA2 via snail mail

12-25-06: NVC receives petition approval

12-27-06: Forwarded to Embassy

01-06-07 Called Embassy and received interview date of January 19, 2007.

01-19-07 Visa approved (I flew down for interview)

01-23-07 Flew back to Las Vegas

01-27-07 Married

04-12-07 Overnighted AOS

10/23/2006 Transferred to CSC

10/26/2006 NOA1 sent snail mail

11/13/2006 Received NOA1 - (Late due to my changing residences on 11/1. FYI, move before you file!)

11/13/2006 Called Customer Service to change address

11/29/2006 Touched!

12/02/2006 Received verification of Change of Address - snail mail

01/10/2007 Bought ticket to visit Pu on Valentines Day!

01/17/2007 NOA2!! via email

01/29/2007 NVC Left - Headed for Bangkok!

02/07/2007 Packet 3 mailed from US Embassy!

02/10/2007 Packet 3 received

02/20/2007 Packet 3 mailed (EMS Next Day)

02/21/2007 Packet 3 Received at Embassy (no signature)

03/06/2007 Received response from Embassy - Packet 4 mailed 02/28/07. Interview scheduled 5/16/2007!

05/16/2007 Interview. Embassy requests passport amended. Luckily the turnaround time is two days in Bangkok.

05/21/2007 Pu returns to Embassy with new passport, visa granted. Visa issued the following day.

05/26/2007 Pu arrives in USA!

05/30/2007 Married!

06/26/2007 Overnighted AOS petition to Chicago Lockbox

06/27/2007 AOS petition delivered to Chicago lockbox, signed for by V Bustamante
