The implication you make is that the bible is no longer relevant in the modern era. None of its texts, for that matter... On this we agree.

Lots of lessons for humanity can be found in various history books. The Bible is filled with relevant lessons but last I checked....no new chapters have been officially added to that book.

Humanity evolves in many different ways. Spirituality is just 1.

IMO - Spiritual, philosophical, intellectual, emotional & scientific writings provide mankind a reference to build on.

Who cares if they do? It would be the same thing Christians do now. Only the message is different. I don't hate Jehovah's witnesses. They're usually really nice and they really believe what they are talking about. Yet they were 0% successful with me because I believe what makes sense to me. Other people are not going to change that without some serious proof/effort/time.

No need to speculate what would happen, the last century was marked in Blood by it.

Millions and Millions perished in those country where Communism and Militant Atheism spread hand in hand.

MOre died on any slow week during the last century than died in 400 years under the sword of the Crusades.
