Does Manila embassy ask for a credit report, or debt? Or they will just ask for you annual income? W-2 IRS etc. Do we have to list all my debts?

No. From neither the US or beneficiary. Debt isn't relevant, only income and assets are relevant.

they dont ask for credit report....

only your petitioner's income tax return..

make sure to bring ur petitioner's 1 yr recent income tAX return just incase ..

in my case even though we submitted everything in the nvc...they still ask my husband's recent income tax copy..

Was it original or did he scan and send it to you just curious I'm at NVC stage now and wanting to know I scanned everything I sent and sent it via email for her to print off and take with her seems strange that you send everything to NVC then they send to embassy and they ask for another copy from her at the interview

they dont ask for credit report....

only your petitioner's income tax return..

Copies are fine for most things.

You can scan and send everything except the Letter of Intent and I-134 itself, that requires an original signature

Thanks for all the reply, because my fiancé is worried about his credit record. But I think when the USCIS did a background check they already know that he have credits/debts.. Would that affect his i134? He is retired and his debts are all about his house, cars, rental house and credit card i guess. I made a thread about this before but I couldn't open my old VJ account.

No..everything my husband sent me were all scanned copies..
