Hi Everyone,

I am currently in the process of trying to complete the form I-129F myself. There is a bit confusion on some parts of it that I have some concerns. On filing instructions for form I-129F on the USCIS website it states,

"The answers to item #s 15e, 15f, 15g, and 15h should be in reference to the passport or travel document used at the last entry into the United States." But at the beginning of question 15 it says "If your fiance is currently in the United States, complete the following." Well my fiance is currently NOT in the US. So would I still fill out 15e, 15f, 15g, and 15h?? because thats what I am getting from the USCIS directions. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it SOOOOOOO much, thanks!

No. It states on the form right before the questions for that part, "If your fiance(e) is currently in the United States, complete the following:" Since they are not currently in the US, then you do not fill out #15a-15h.

I had this question too.

I guess I just assumed that they would need my passport information at some point (for a background check/checking to see if I had entered the U.S.).

VJ was very helpful in telling me to skip section 15.

:D
