I think it is included. For citizen of the Philippines to travel internationally the terminal fee would cost about P1650 which is about the same as the airport tax that you have paid. But just to be on the safe side, bring extra! ;)

Thanks Hank :) So all he has to do is go to the check-in counter & once he is done checking in he just proceeds to where you pay the terminal fee?

Yes at the window where you pay the terminal fee they will want to see your invoice for the ticket showing the travel tax was paid is my bet.

I would call Eva Air and ask to make sure. I bought a 1 way ticket for Wennie on PAL using priceline, and have airline ticket cost: $350, ticket taxes and fees: $209.70. Philippines Airlines states on their website that the travel tax is not included in their tickets and must be paid before checking in. The extra $21 you paid in taxes isn't enough to make up the 1620 peso travel tax.

$36.42 X 44.49 (exchange rate) = 1,620 ;)

They are good.

Just wanna reaffirm what Hank said. Make sure he has money for terminal fee and then maybe for snacks while waiting in the airport. :)

“The fact that we are here and that I speak these words is an attempt to break that silence and bridge some
of those differences between us, for it is not difference which immobilizes us, but silence.
And there are so many silences to be broken.”
