How long the passport processing in your fiancee's country? If only takes a few days you can send the I-129F now. But, if takes months, better she waits to fix it and you can send the I-129F later. I wouldn't take a risk though by having passport fixing underway processing while I-129F on same route as well.

This site states it takes a month or less. I do not think they need to wait to file. They have to wait for the I-129F petition approval to come through first before even needing to worry about the interview phase when the passport and birth certificate are needed, https://www.gov.uk/renew-adult-passport

Jay-Kay and Girl from Celebes, I would just like to thank you both for your time in efforts.

In our case, she wants the hyphen, as she's very proud of that name (since her sister's don't have the hyphen), so since that's what she wants on the green card (we've agreed to not take part of my name after marriage), then she's going to work to ammend her passport last name.

We're also going to file the I-129 by next week as well. Gathering all the evidence.

But again, thank you both so much. I look forward to all the upcoming help, and sticking around once my entire process is done to help others too.

Since she'll send her old passport off later to get that fixed, she'd be getting a new passport.

The new passport wouldn't have all her entry and exit stamps.

We scanned the front page of her passport to show the old ID. Color scanned all the entry and exit stamps and saved them too.

Having those as printouts for evidence should be enough right?

I think you're in right path. Scanned all entries on the passport and saved them for supporting documents ensemble into your I-129F.

Stamps on passport showing you are both already met in person is not the only one evidence they would ask for. Take a time reading other VJers experiences specifically from where the beneficiary comes from. It would help you get better idea what do you need to front-loading your I-127F with any supporting documents that's sufficient. Good luck!

As far as your I129F, I would apply as she want the name on her USA documents and future Green card, list the AKS. Work on correcting everything else. Be aware USCIS does not like hyphenated names as others have issues as noted in many threads. Also the IO at the AOS interviewed stated so. Good Luck with everything.
