I'm so sorry this is happening to you. Are you sure of this information? We need more info to answer this question in any kind of detail. Who's baby? How did you find out fiance is married? Please provide more info. Were you scammed?? SO SORRY.

Don't rush with your decisions yet.. Check her CENOMAR, this certificate of no marriage should be recent then you decide.

Also, talk to her and have her tell you the truth... don't listen to rumors as it always doesnt end up nice. Its best if the truth comes from her.

I met her in Sept 2012 and filed for her in Feb . She came and told me she was pregnant from an old boyfriend . Cheated on me which we worked out our problems . So I thought , so I went ahead with the petition . Then this last month things went downhill quickly . The closer we got to the interview stage she got cold feet . If she was going to scam me why not take my $480 for the interview fees ? Take the $500 for the medical ?

I'm guessing that Fiancee visa's aren't scrutinized quite the same way. i married my husband in japan and had to jump through so many hoops at the Philippine Consulate just to get the paperwork to be married to prove to them that we were even elligible to be married.

I agree with Chuck&Jade...her Cenomar had to reflect her status. I'm not familiar with the documents you have to provide for a K1 visa. Frankly, you SHOULDN'T want this anymore!

It COULD be a lie. Could have been a scam all along I am afraid. I hope you have not sent her too much money. I have seen this happen before. A Filipina has a live in boyfriend and gets all kinds of fiancees on dating sites. She gets them sending money and taking care of her. Asking for money for shelter, food, school, etc... When you visited her did you suspect anything? It's also possible that an ex boyfriend just happend to pick up her phone and he figures he can eliminate you by telling you a lie. You MUST get ahold of her. But try to look at everthing that has transpired so far as if you are on the outside looking in with an open mind. Could it have been a scam all along or did things change, or is the guy answering the phone even involved with her/

So sorry, life must suck for you right now. I hope it all works out in the end. I have one positive thing to say and that is the are thousands of good girls in the Philippines that are serious about finding a spouse and they can be the greatest women on the planet due in part to their upbringing. So if this one was not the right one there are many more out there. I believe that all things happen for a reason and if she did scam you there is another girl out there that yoiu are supposed to meet.

I think that if you do not speak to her in person, you will not have the answers you seek. But it sounds as though this man is controlling access to her. Not a lot of good options here. Maybe talk to someone in her family, see what they have to say.

Talking to her is key, and then you must decide - do you believe what she says?

She must be really good at this . It did not seem like a lie at all . Looking back on it I can not really see anything that was a red flag . Well the cheating yes , but that happens in a lot of relationships . How do i get a hold of her ? It could be a lie from him the guy is nuts . Sent me death threats a week ago . I have messages that I know were from her . Telling me how she hated him and that these emotions she needed to clear from her self to be able to be true to me . I did not send a lot of money just normal each month for food . I made a point to save my money for my expected trip there to be at the interview . Glad I did that !

The guy told me she was at the market at 6am ? That he is running out of load last message but keeps sending me messages . Asked me I still love her and if i will leave her now .
