No one wants to tell me anything just to wait for the letter. Since I'm currently in Egypt the phone call connection is not that good so I guess I will call in a few days to harass them!

It looks like you may have too since we have the same PD date. Have you asked for the Tier 2? Just say your call got dropped from the Tier 2 agent if you have to call again and speak to the Tier 1 and they won't harass you, but just transfer you. I said I was concerned something was wrong with my case bc I hadn't heard anything since Sept and got 3 emails and wanted to know if I had to do anything. Just play the ignorant card. lol

Just say your call got dropped from the Tier 2 agent if you have to call again and speak to the Tier 1 and they won't harass you, but just transfer you. I said I was concerned something was wrong with my case bc I hadn't heard anything since Sept and got 3 emails and wanted to know if I had to do anything. Just play the ignorant card. lol

That's what I did. Is ok I have a feeling is in Cali so I will wait the connection is a pain. Still I am pretty Happy finally we are getting some action!!

Well I tried to call twice today. First time got a very argumentive tier1 that tried telling me that my petition was at my local service here in NH. I then was transferred to a tier 2 who told me the same thing. Bunch of bull lol. Then this afternoon I tried again played dumb and was transferred to a tier 2 who was argumentive this time and told me it was also transferred to my local service center, when asked where that is he simply said Manchester NH lmao They all need to get on the same page. Oh yea I was told multiple times that Im still in the current processing time. I'll probably try again tomorrow before I leave to go see my husband for 2 weeks

UGH. I guess I was lucky on my 2nd try bc the T2 told me almost right away. Well, Ms. Martinez originally told me TSC and my heart sunk a little but was instantly about to accept that answer when she suddenly went "Oh wait no ... hold on ... no. You're going to California." Why can't they all be consistent with the information they have/provide? Annoying.
