Hi can some one add me to this forum topic?

I am filing for naturalization based on the 5 year residency rule. My 5 year anniversary will be 12/17/13 therefore I became eligible for early filing on 9/18/13. So far my progress has been as below:

09/25/13 completed application sent

09/27/13 received at Lewisville TX lockbox

10/02/13 check cashed/USCIS Acceptance confirmation email

10/07/13 NOA1 received with priority date of 9/27/13

10/07/13 Biometrics letter sent

10/11/13 Biometrics letter received

10/28/13 Biometircs completed (as scheduled)

Me too and I completed my fingerprinting more than a month ago. No Inline alert or movement of status :(

Notice to everyone reading my Naturalization Timeline
That it took me 5 months to have oath after the interview is only because i requested for a name change,
this is what delayed my case by months

Administrative Processing Starts
28 April 2010 AP completed just out of blue.
30 April 2010 Visa received


21 Months Total from start to VISA received


8 Months in AP TOTAL 239 Days

While browsing other forums, I saw a few posts that said that if you apply in the 3 month window before you 5 year / 3 year green card anniversary, your status changes to "in line for interview" exactly 30 days before your anniversary date. So, for example, if your anniversary is 12/1/13 and you took your biometrics on 10/15/13, your status will not change to "in-line" until 11/1/13.

I read that too. That's why I am not stressing too much about this, I will probably be put in line for interview by next week.

In-line for interview!! So from what I can gather, Baltimore is great in that they do the interview and oath the same day, but take longer to get it. We're hoping to go overseas in March so I'm hoping we'll have it done by then so he can get a US passport...

Oh great that means i should be put in line on November 27th lol. Well i guess just chill while they do their work lol.

Yeah, according to that, i should be in-line on nov 15th. so this means early bio does not speed it up if your 3 or 5 year anniversary is way ahead.
