i say call uscis and talk with a CSR.

They will verify biodata over the phone.

It's quite possible that it's a mis-key solely for that receipt notice, but the electronic case info is accurate.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Well that's also what I thought but then I went back to look to look at our copies and sure enough she put my birthdate in both places. And to top it all off I called her back to ask what we should do she won't answer her phone :/cray5ol.gifcray5ol.gifcray5ol.gifcray5ol.gifcray5ol.gifcray5ol.gif

I tried calling the USCIS and I get a menu asking if I want to order forms, and if I'm calling about an approved case would you happen to know to which category do we belong to?

Thanks so much!!

you are the beneficiary? USCIS won't talk to you.

at this stage, only the petitioner can call in.

as to the typo from your wife - ouch. sorry. don't know what to tell you for uscis fixing.

As the petitioner when you call the USCIS don't say anything. Sit there until someone babbles at you in spanish then say, english please. They'll transfer you to a CSR.

LOL! Thank you for your response. I called this morning and they said that I should write a letter stating that I hired someone to fill out the paperwork for me and that that person made an error on my husband's birthday. The CSR was very nice and said that had it been an error on their part then she could have corrected there, but since it was a 3rd parties fault then I should write a letter and mail it to the service center at the bottom of my NOA1 and I should get a response from where the have corrected it.

Next question is.....I also got the woman that filled out our paperwork to write out a letter should I include that also in with my letter explaining the situation and would you guys include a corrected I-130??

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

no don't send a corrected 130

just send the letter as advised with all corresponding reference numbers you have.

I am surprised they didn't generate the correction request over the phone
