Waiting for letter from Consulate in Cd. Juarez

We received our NOA2 June 4. I received a letter on June 24 stating that our case was sent to Ciudad Juarez and that my fiancé was to receive a letter from the Consulate. We have not yet received such letter. I called the NVC to see if they help, and they told me to call Ciudad Juarez. I called Ciudad Juarez, and I was told that my fiancé needs that letter in order to proceed with the K1 process.

We have not received a letter from Ciudad Juarez, but is it possible to continue the process without the letter? How long should we wait for it. Or what can we do?

It's takes about 4 weeks. I got mine here in the US , my fiancé got hers 2 days ago in Mexico. But gues what. She has the interview tomorrow in the am

Hi, i receive the letter after my appointment in Juarez, but mi fiance receive it before in the US, and sent it to me for the interview... So, what we did at first was call to USCIS number and they gave us the numbers we need: one is the one starting with CDJ, and the NVC invoice number... In the Consulate page say th at in case you just have CDJ number, your NVC invoice could be the applicant date of birth YYYYMMDD

After that you complete the DS 260 form and print the confirmation page (this one is super important)

In the web page usvisa-info.com you can schedule your appointment, it allow you to schedule the asc biometric app and you interview in consulate, think that you have to make your fee payment, so they give you confirmation for this appointments. In this page you select your dhl office as well.

When you schedule think about timing for medical because you have to have the result at your interview. Normally if is just an adult without kids they give you results the same day (but i'm obsessive, so i gave myself two days after medical for the interview)

Read some experiences in juarez consulate so you will find it familiar when you have to go.

You can ask CDJ to resend it, but it takes 4-6 weeks to receive. Some never receive one. You can get the letter printed out from the information window at the consulate before going to your medical and appointments if you do not receive it before going to Juarez. You do not have to wait for the letter to begin filling out forms and scheduling appointments. Does anybody know for sure, or have have had the invitation letter printed out at the consulate prior to the interview? My letter hasn't arrived yet either and I am about to arrage everything for my interview
