MY questions:

1.) Should we send Federal Tax Return, W2 and 1099INT, 1099DIV? What is the difference if we only send 1040 and W2? What is the meaning of TAX TRANSCRIPT? Is it different from 1040 and w2?

2.) Paystubs should be from 6 months or 6 most recent paystubs? Our sponsor receives 2 paychecks in one month

Tax return 1040 and W2 is technically the same as Tax Transcripts. However, 1040 and W2 does not mean that you filed income tax( it shown that you filled the form but not indicating you sent to IRS). Tax transcripts are ordered from IRS website ( free of charge), it meant you did send 1040 and w2 to IRS.

I feel like 6 recent paychecks is reasonable number than 6 months (6 months would have at least 12 paychecks).

How about 1099INT and 1099DIV? is this different from w2 and 1040?

What are we going to send them, Tax return Transcript and Tax Account Transcript? is this enough already to send? or do we need to send the w2 and 1040?

Choose tax return transcript, IRS will send it to you through mail about 5-10 days. Then,you dont need to send 1040 and W2.

What visa are you adjusting status from? The I-864 is usually sent with the I-485 and not sent to the NVC.
