Got my NOA-1 today. Looks like Texas service center will be handling the case.

12/12/2013: Status Updated. Awaiting Packet 4 & interview date

12/14/2013: Packet 4 Received

12/24/2013: Interview -- APPROVED!

01/02/2014: Visa printed and arrived in mail.

Also, I remembered posting in another august 2013 forum that has more people discussing it, I couldn't seem to find it now.. :/

BTW, my fiance sent our K1 Application on August 16th and the only news we have heard is that the package reached USCIS on August 20th according on the DHL tracker.

I'm beginning to think that he did not submit G-1145 form together with our application. I'm hoping that that was the case.

Thanks for the info N&P about the other August 2013 forum! I added my case out there. As for the NOA1, I would check if the check was encashed and give it another day or two for the NOA1 to arrive in the mail. Goodluck! See yall in the other forum :)

August filer here... Sent everything away on 8th August got E-Notification on 12th, Had NOA 1 in paper on 15th, and changed my registration number on 14th.

Currently it says under initial review. Whatever that is.

May 29th: NOA's recieved on 29th May Day 7

June 2nd: Biometrics appointment for June 16th arrives. Day 11
