Hi ! My fiancé ( the petitioner) has sent our K1 application on July 29th. He received an email notification on August 3rd that it was received. When he read this email, he accidentally deleted it.
Now, the problem is he still hasn't received the text notification, and the mail. It has been over 20 days and we re very concerned.

He can't even trace the money as it wasn't a check ( money order)

Someone please help us figure out how to know if they haven't misplaced our file ! We really need your assistance

Thank you in advance

Do you know the receipt number on your NOA1? You can try to call the USCIS and prepare your receipt number if everthey ask.

Thank you for the response !

No, he accidentally deleted the email so we don't have the receipt number ! He wants to call USCIS tomorrow but we don't have any case number for them to look for it

The email wasn't on the Trash folder anymore?

Maybe you can try to call USCIs and tell them, perhaps you can give them your name or your fiance's name.

There's no need to trace the money because he got notified it was received,. The hardcopy come in the mail within 30 days so by September 3rd you will have it.But he can easily call USCIS and they will ask him his name and all that address and identification info and he can get his receipt # if he can't wait for the hardcopy.

Nothing to worry about okay.
