I hope they won't keep on their word (concerning 8 weeks) and process it faster. I know some Embassies request a hard copy of NOA2, so we are wondering where to address such a request, to the service center that was processing our I-129F?

We didn't receive the NOA2 in the mail yet either. I will be calling USCIS on monday to put a service request.

Also we were transferred on the 15th to NVC and i8t did not reach there yet. I just got off the phone with them.

The girl said it may take up to 8 weeks, but to keep trying.

Hey loran surely the have given you a case number by now. We got ours yesterday. Which made 3 weeks after noA2 approval. They had just sent it to NVC. Was able to the log on to the CEAC site to track our file which is currently still at NVC. Hopping it will leave by Friday to London.

YOu should also call USCIS and ask them to re send it to you. Ask to speak to a tier2 representative.

Hi,

I'm a VSC sent to TSC on 7/10.

I was approved July 25th and hard copy received on 8/1.

Then e-mail on 8/16 that my case was transferred to NVC on 8/15.

I have called yesterday for my case # and I was told the following, "Up to 8 weeks for the file to show in the system".

I hope this is wrong.

Best wishes and keep us posted!

Thanks

i just read this in another forum.

Steve

This is what I just received regarding your case.

Thank you for your Tuesday, July 16, 2013, email on behalf of your constituent, Mr. Chris XXXXX, regarding his pending Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e).

USCIS records indicate that Mr. XXXX’s petition was approved on July 3, 2013 and an approval notice mailed out the same day. Once approved, it takes approximately 15 business days for USCIS to complete the administrative processing of the petitions before we can send them to the Department of State National Visa Center (DoS NVC). I can see in the systems that his petition is in the final stages here at USCIS. It should be forwarded to the NVC within the next several days or early next week.
