my husband called uscis yesterday he waited for 2hours to talk to tier2 and tier2 told him that on july 22 our papers was assigned to an agent and it takes 30days to approve it and by august 22 my husband will receive an email to his mail, any one there have the same situation? is this true? i hope we are approve soon!

It's good to have hope. Who knows the tier 2 might be right, or they might be blowing smoke. I don't know but it's hopeful anyhow.

I called and spoke to a Tier 2 rep as well. When I asked the status of my case she told me it was processing at NBC and to expect it to be approved toward the end of Aug to early Sept. Not really holding my breath on that one, but its nice to have some sorta hope lol.
