Iam in AP for 7 days already but the funny thing she give my fiancee her passport back rigth after the interview was over,and tell her they will contact her after they check all evidence, anybody knows anything about this or a similar case around ??

It means she might be in for a long AP.

It does seem that way. My husband (then fiance) and I also had to go through administrative processing, but they held onto his passport after the interview. We waited 48 days for his visa to be issued.

Do you know why your file is undergoing further review? Did they say anything? If it's a question of the evidence presented, then it seems they may doubt the validity of your relationship. In our case, it was my husband's occupation (scientist) that caused the delay.

Anyway, I hope you don't have to wait too long, although be aware that AP can sometimes take up to two years. Good luck.

After the interview I spoked to the officer I tell her what's goin on,what's the result, she told me she need time to revised the paper evidence,I don't know why she din't keep my fiancee pasport.she ask to much about how I met her,the officer think every young women in Cuba is Jinetera (prostitute)

Really...wasn't most prostitution & corruption cut out after the take over of Castro?

Prostitution is everywhere but I thought it would be on a very small scale there.
