Your household is always at least two- the US citizen and the fiance.

Bye: Penguin

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Ok, but what if the fiance join to US citizen but in house will live more people. Do they also count? US citizen doesn't normally sponsor them.

What kind of people? Are they tied financially to you in any way? Ie minor kids, parents you listed as dependants on the tax return?

If it';s jut adults with their own income who happen to live in the same house, no need to list them.

It's parents and siblings. He is going to support me and himself.

Then as Penguin said, it is just a household size of 2, you and him.
