The petition is pending transfer to National Benefit Center and will be forwarded as soon as possible; allow 35 days for this action to occur.

Can someone help me with this? My husband received the NOA2 last June 13 2013 after 30 days we contacted the NVC inquiring about the case but they said it wasnt on their system yet. So we emailed the USCIS and that was their reply "The petition is pending transfer to National Benefit Center and will be forwarded as soon as possible; allow 35 days for this action to occur."

Does anyone have the same case as this?

That's strange. We got Post Decision Activity update on June 14, 2013 at CSC. We are almost finish at NVC.

Are you sure it says on your NOA2 that your case was approved and forwarded to the National Visa Center?

When is your priority date?

Wow! We even send a copy of the notice to the NVC they said they will track the case and will inform us in 2 to 3 weeks. But just today i got an email from California Service Center stating that

The petition is pending transfer to National Benefit Center and will be forwarded as soon as possible; allow 35 days for this action to occur.
