It is difficult my friend.

But we do not have any choice left.

25 friends still left in our month.

I want to see 100% approval within next 2to 3 weeks.

I am one of those still waiting on NOA2 - Today is 30 days since I received the hard copy for the transfer. I got a knot in my stomach as if something is terribly wrong....But don't get me wrong, I am happy for all who got approved and cheer on those August filers who are still waiting with me.....We shan't loose hope.

....?? are you also still waiting for your approval ...they received my RFE on 14 March and nothing at all ..i got transferred on 19 FEB then nothing still WAIT WAIT WAIIT i hope next week or we don't no when almost 8 months now :protest::protest:

You don't have to wait till April 30th to call.

You can call regularly and just keep checking with them once a week. Or, if you don't have the time for that track the NVC thread and spreadsheet to see who are getting their case# assigned relative to their received date. Once it gets close to your received date, start calling daily.

almost 8 months me and nothing yet :cry::cry::cry:

I am one of those too. Today its seven months since they received our process. 36 days since transfer...and nothing!

Alien registration number change related to I-130 March 10

Still waiting

Its just hard to wrap my head around this , why its taking so long ??? Other filers almost done w NVC by now

What to do ? May be info pass appointment ?

You don't have to wait till April 30th to call.

You can call regularly and just keep checking with them once a week. Or, if you don't have the time for that track the NVC thread and spreadsheet to see who are getting their case# assigned relative to their received date. Once it gets close to your received date, start calling daily.

Right now NVC has backlog..

Keep calling them twice a week until you don't get your case number..

Call them n don't wait for any email.

hello, my I-130 been transfered to texas service center in mid november and i requested for expedite service for my wife in december due to typhoon hyan. i got a email notice on the first week of january 2014 saying that i met the requirements for expedite service and ill be notified within 30 days. its been now 7 months since NOA1 and over two months since my email epedite notice. i been calling for status update but only to be told that its still in process. dose anyone have the same or simalar situation as I. is their anything i can do. thank you
