I called NVC yesterday and they told me to wait only 15 business days? I have been calling every couple days since they received my case on the 21st of Feb so I wonder why the guy yesterday told me only 15 business days when everyone else has been saying 20-30 business days when I called before?

yup will do! like i said i keep calling every couple days (usually 2x per week) until I get a case no! I know its only been 2 weeks but maybe i will get lucky and it wont take 8 weeks to get a case no!

Yes,,

two ways to know about that..

1) when you get hardcopy, it says on it that your case have been shipped to NVC from USCIS office..

2) you can call USCIS and talk with tier 2.. they can tell you also..

I like August forum.. I still believe we should have the tracking sheet for NVC dates and to keep the participation. My I-130 was approved on 2/20 (Texas), on 3/5 I received shipment notice.. but till now NVC didn't receive my case. calling twice a day.. When you call 603-334-0700 sometimes the line beeps as if the phone number doesn't work). But keep calling.. you may be connected (after hearing music for 20 min).

Yes, everyone is getting approved except ME :(

I was transferred on Jan 22 to CSC and until now no approval. My ARN # changed on Jan 28 and no further update. I'm not sure whats going on.

Does anyone know when/how to put a service request or case inquiry?
