Sick of waiting for NOA2 on CR1.....

Its been 7 months already and looking like many more for our NOA2, we are at the Washington DC office, as are thousands of others and they are still saying its gonna be at least another 6 months just for NOA2!

If i were to apply for AOS on my next US visit, whats the time frame and process to receiving GC ?

From applying for AOS to actual GC is around 10 months from what I've been told (you get work permit much sooner but waiting on interview is as long as waiting on CR1 interview). If at the end of that they determine that you entered with intent to overstay (as you're telling us is exactly the case) Then you would be immediately deported and would have to start the CR1 process all over again from home country.

To intend to move to the USA on your visitor visa is visa fraud. Do not do it, it's illegal.

Who did you talk to? Did they say six more months on top of your already 7? We have similar PD and same FO so I'm getting worried too.
