Hey guys - Just out of curiosity, is there a better time out of the year or better time in the month to send in your I-130 package to receive the best response time? Not sure which time they would have the most packets to review.

Thanks

Nope there isn't. Since August 12, 2012 the I-130 petitions go to NBC than your local field office for adjudication. So its all about your local office and how busy they are.

And as you see things change at a drop of a dime. All you can do is file. There's no season of filing.

You are joking right?? What if i said, Yes, the best time is to send in your petition in January. So instead of sending it now (August) you wait until January so the process time will be faster. You are STILL waiting until January to send it, then however much time it takes to approve it.. If you send now, most likely it will be already approved by January.

Don't wait....send it in now!
