Did you call the NVC @ 603-334-0700 using your VSC number to determin if it has arrived? This can help you count the days they physically have the file and when they manually enter it.

They didn't receive it yet! I'm going crazy. The USCIS is saying they sent it on July 12.

if they sent it july 12th

it should be logged into their system as received shortly.. the tsc-nvc transfers have been a bit inconsistant

My case was at csc and uscis said they mailed it to NVC. It turned out they send it to NRC which is their repository. The only thing that found the mistake was that I submitted a service request after 30 days if waiting. And I contacted my senator. They got on the case also.

You can see if NVC get it in the next couple days but at this time frame in my case I called uscis and spoken with a tier 2 rep and filed a service request. These slugs usually take a couple of weeks to find it and then couple more to request it back and mail it to NVC.

Nothing. Today is day 38 since my NOA2 and no sign of my case at NVC. This week I have completed the following:

1. Emailed SCOPSSCATA

2. Emailed Omnibudsman

3. Put in a request for help with my congressman

4. Made a second service request w/ USCIS

5. Made an Infopass appt for Wed

Does anyone have any other suggestions. I am so angry and frustrated.

I appreciate any help.

that crossed my mind too...I remember seeing a list of countries somewhere that took additional processing ...I don't remember if Cuba was on there or not but it could have been...I also wonder if the delay is because they were approved so quickly - NOA1 5/21 and NOA2 on 6/24-- that seems awfully quick...is that some kind of record? you would think it was approved so it should just be sent over and assigned a date but if there is some sort of order, they may be on a bottom of a pile? just a thought..

April 19, 2013 - submit the form I-130

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

September 20, 2013 Sept 26, arrived @ NVC

This is my huge fear with mine. Even though NVC says wait 8 weeks, it looks like the grand majority are shipped fast. I can't think of any reason why ours should be delayed since it seems like it's just a box goes from TSC to NVC. It's going to really stink to wait 8 weeks and then get told it was shipped incorrectly or not at all.

Is there a way to track times from TSC to NVC?

1/31/13 - 129F Sent
2/7/13 - NOA1
** transferred with 2nd group from VSC to TSC in late June
7/9/13 - NOA2 (5 months)
8/16/13 - Shipped from TSC
9/11/13 - Packet 3
9/19/13 - Forms sent in.
9/24/13 - Medical Done
9/27/13 - CEAC Status Update
10/02/13 - DS-260 mailed in
10/15/13 - CEAC Status Update (DoS couldn't say what triggered it, did say no interview assigned, but all docs are in)
10/23/13 - Embassy email states they do not have our documents. Poor Steven does 160 again.
10/23/13 - DoS says our case is still "processing" and not "qualified" (interview ready) and to do newest forms.
11/05/13 - CEAC Update. DoS says case is "eligible for interview" and we're waiting on next interview date.
11/08/13 - Another call to DoS (Chris is a nice guy!) and no interview scheduled yet.
11/12/13 - Another call to DoS and no interview scheduled yet.
11/13/13 - Email from Embassy to Steven informing him that his interview is TOMORROW.
Hurray for Patron Saint of Immigrants - Mother Cabrini's Feast Day!
11/14/13 - INTERVIEW --- APPROVED!!!!!
11/19 & 11/20 - CEAC date update, but still at "Ready".

I scheduled info pass this morning. My case was sent to NRC instead of NVC. They have requested case back to VSC today and file has been pulled.

That really sucks! I'm so sorry you have to go through another delay for someone's stupid mistake and apparent inability to differentiate "R" and "V". I hope they get it back and shipped to the NVC quick.
