Hello VJ please i need little clarification in form I-864.

my wife is not working at the moment, her younger sister fiance will be sponsoring us to fill out the AOS we are filling I-130.

my question is

a) part 1, he need to start with his name where they have (I ................................................................................)

b) since my wife can still fill out the form I-864 even if she is not working, does that mean that our sponsor will have to "Mark the 1.e still in part 1 as the second of joint sponsors??

c) who's name should be on the part 2 of the form i.e information on the principal immigrant. the beneficiary name or the sponsor's name.

NB

mostly it's all about the sponsor and nothing much about the beneficiary

Thanks

The beneficiary is the foreign spouse in this case (YOU). You are the principal immigrant. A USC does not immigrate to the USA, why would your wife's name be here. ;) LOL

If you only have your one joint sponsor, they mark: 1.d - the only joint sponsor

Yes the joint sponsor's name goes in the first box at question 1.
