For the i 129 F and all other forms and documents that get filed with it, how do you generally attach it all together? Staples? Paper Clips? Put it in clear pages in a folder? Is there a preferred method?

Also, when putting the passport photos in a zip loc bag and attaching them to a page, do you staple, tape, clip or other to attach the bag?

They are going to undo whatever you do and put the package in their own filing system. So if you put things in plastic pages, etc, it will all get dismantled and thrown away the instant it gets to the mail room.

Keep it as simple as possible and use paper clips. A staple can be used to attach the payment.

This is what we did when we submitted our I-129f last Oct. 2012....we used the ACCO fastener to hold our docs together since it was about 60 pages more or less (my fiance's divorce papers were about 20 to 25 pages)...we also used tabs at the bottom of pages for easy location for proof of personal meeting within the last 2 years, divorce papers of petitioner, proof of ongoing relationships, g-325a etc...we ordered acco fastener and the bond paper with tab at the bottom at amazon.com....when I had my us embassy Manila interview last July 15, 2013, I noticed the files of each beneficiary have a 2 hole fastener at the top and placed in a folder which is color coded, red for spouse or immigrant and pink for fiancée.

Then for the passport photos we placed it in a small ziplock taped it on a bond paper after the G-325a pages of both petitioner and beneficiary...we typed passport style photo of petitioner: xxxx , passport style photo of beneficiary: xxx on the bond paper...don't forget to put your name at the back of the passport photo.
