hello everyone!can anyone please enlighten me with my situation?

i had my interview last july 16,2013, my visa got approved, after 2 days i checked my visa status via ceac.state.gov,the last update was july 18, 2013 and it is still ready. its now july 20,2013 but i still have the same status of my passport/visa. does anyone of you here had experienced the same situation as i am?how many days does it take for the USEM-manila to change the status?I really wish I have an idea whats going on with my visa.

i started to get worry when someone i met during my interview told me that her visa status was already on issued stage and we have the same date of interview.:(
