No it doesn't need to be included with anything, it would be good for your fiancée to print out just to use as a checklist.

Its online she can simple print it from there.

Sent over? Hank, maybe you can clarify this as well, but it was my understanding that we bring everything to the interview, no?

The embassy instructions letter is the online letter, don't need to bring that to the interview. You need the appointment confirmation page from scheduling online and/or the confirmation letter/email from the embassy if you received one.

And of course everything that is listed in the instructions letter.

I can see no one has answered here yet but I'll try to help. I just got done with my interview today and it all went well! :-D

I, too, didn't receive the packet from USEM but was able to proceed with the interview with the help of _Hank's guide. You can download the forms from the Instructions from the link there. ;-) To be specific here's the link: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/19452/public/Revised%20K1%20Instruction%20Packet%20_3__rtf2_005.pdf

For the appointment scheduling, it was me (the beneficiary) scheduled the appointment. you can schedule it on her behalf but make sure to use her name and all that information from her.

Everything with the embassy in Manila is done online. Manila does not mail out forms, at best you MIGHT get a letter with web addresses to access everything, but normally that letter never arrives.

You can follow the flashing arrow below then click the link that will take you to the complete process for Manila, with links to all the forms and the embassy instructions letter.

That was Amazingly fast! What I notice as well is that Filipino to Filipino K1 or IR/CR1 petitions approves faster than between US Citizen and Fil. Good luck on your Visa journey. Once you have your MNL number it's rock and roll time!
