If it's not guilty I think it would be fair. He had his case heard and they judged him as they saw fit.

They could have avoided all this by charging GZ initially and then maybe dropping the charges months later after finding no crime committed. At least that looks like they are investigating. It wasn't race biased, it was bad investigation biased. You see it in their walk through video and their lack of real questions about how this all occurred. The cops seemed to be going through the motions in the video.

I never thought 2nd degree would stick after the opening statements.

He's got a real good chance of the lesser charge. I've stated that since day two.

Not guilty is fine by me personally, but I'd rather avoid the sig...but not at the expense of a innocent man doing hard time. But in my opinion, he's not innocent...not of being negligent.

Sanford is like Mayberry RFD. Look at the way the crime scene was handled for one. The police might be good, but the entire investigating process looks like a bad sitcom. That goes for proving GZ's innocence as well as his guilt.

It's pathetic when the defense attorney goes through and summarizes the evidence piece by piece and the best the prosecution can do is curse and throw skittles in frustration
