Hello can anyone help us

I just became a US Citizen and want to petetion

my brother from the Philippines here is our question

His wife may be able to come to the US with a work visa

His coworkers are telling him not to let me petetion him

because if his wife is allowed to come to the

US to work he will not be allowed to come with her

Because of my petetion I-130

Can anyone tell me if this is true

Why would you want to petition him and wait about 15 years when he can come with his wife on a work Visa?

Sorry I should have also

mentioned it is not for certain

that his wife will get the workers visa

and be able to come to the US

We are hoping and praying she will

he has children and we do not want

them to age out by not filing the petetion

I-130 as soon as possible

If you petition for your brother, it will take 23-24 YEARS before he can immigrate to the US.

You petitioning ur brother will probable take over 20 yrs before he can come here so not a good idea. Just my two cents.
