Thanks a lot mga kabayan! so he has to get a CEMAR aside from the Marriage Contract?

The embassy asks to for a CEMAR, they don't have it listed in the instructions letter but just the same they want it. 221g has been issued many times for the married applicant to go to NSO to order a CEMAR.

Your spouse needs to have both NSO orig documents, the Marriage cert and the Advisory on Marriage cert. You have to fill-out the CENOMAR form and NSO will issue an Advisory on Marriage cert that lists all previous marriages.

Good luck. good.gif

salamat kabayan, ang meron namin ay Certificate of Marriage, so kailangan pa nyang pumunta sa NSO at kukuha ng CENOMAR at akala ko kasi ang CENOMAR ay para sa mga single lamang tulad ko noong pumunta ako dito, F2B kasi ako noon kaya hinanapan ako ng CENOMAR, so he needs to get this CENOMAR kahit married na ? pasensya na tlg sa inyo mga kabayan, nalilito kasi ako,,, salamat sa tulong!

Yes, tell him to go to NSO and fill out an application for CENOMAR. Since he is already married, he will be issued the CEMAR (Advisory on Marriages).

For the interview, bring the original NSO Marriage Certificate and the CEMAR.
