Please only post your topic once then wait for answers.

I'm not able to answer all of them as they're country-specific, but I can answer the first two.

1. You can only do the medical AFTER the interview date has been scheduled and you have the interview letter in hand as it's needed to book the medical.

2. You can only go to approved panel physicians, not just any hospital you want.

You should click on the dropdown on this page and find Nigeria. It'll be a document that explains the entire medical process to you, specifically for Nigeria: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3739.html

1. ) for nigeria you can't start until you get your interview appoint letter.

2.) Here's a good thread for Nigeria and medicals.

3.) You are looking at N30,000 for medical. If immigrant is over 40 years old another N15000 for EKG test.

1.You can start medicals 1 to 2 weeks to your interview date

2. I go with TJandJR , that hospital i used too during my process.

The Children’s Practice

25 Raymond Njoku
Ikoyi
Lagos
Telephone: 01-893-0723, 01-461-1941

Cell: 0802-223-5834

3. The total cost is determined by your health status, and for me.. i spent N21,000 which is about $133 onlydancin5hr.gif

4. It usually takes 3 days, the 1st day you have all the checks done and the 3rd day is for result pick up.

Note: it could take longer as well regardless your health status. Hope the info helps.
