Is the i-797 notice of action that we got for our 129f approval, the one we need to send with my wifes AOS?

i cant find one that says i-797C would she have gotten this one at the embassy at her country when they gave her the k1 visa?

You will need your I-797 visa petition approval (NOA2) for the AOS process.

yes, the one you got with your wife's approval of her I-129F ..

that's a bit twisted on ownership, though,

as

the I-129F is the USCitizen's petition.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
