Yes she need to fill up ds230, no fee to pay in us embassy Manila...I will be having my interview July 15, I filled up DS 156, DS 156k, DS 157 and DS 230.

Hi, im a k1 visa holder here, just got approved last june 25th

the embassy didn't get the DS-230 form, only DS-156, DS-156k and DS-157.

Make it sure she filled up everything, write NONE or N/A if questions are not applicable.

We completed the DS230 for our interview.. It wasn't asked for at the embassy. Better safe than sorry. FILL IT OUT!

The embassy instructions letter has the DS-230 part 1 listed as required, so yes bring it.

Many have not been asked for it during the interview, but one day they will start....

AOS = Adjustment of Status (2 year green card)

ROC = Removal of Conditions (10 year green card)

You do AOS after marriage.

And it also cost $1,070 for Adjustment of status so be prepared for that. A whole new burden of proof to submit to the Government. This time you have to prove your marriage is legitimate.
