Hi, im a k1 visa holder here, just got approved last june 25th

the embassy didn't get the DS-230 form, only DS-156, DS-156k and DS-157.

Make it sure she filled up everything, write NONE or N/A if questions are not applicable.

7/02/2013 - Visa on hand                                                                         06/01/2018 - Received 10 year GC

7/10/2013 - Sent visa packet back to Embassy for resealing                                   06/14/2018 - Oath Ceremony for Citizenship

7/18/2013 - Received resealed visa packet

10/11/2013 - Third visit

10/14/2013 - He proposed again on our 3rd year engagement anniversary

10/17/2013 - POE St. Paul Minneapolis, Minnesota

My fiancee interview tomoro k1 visa at manila philippines does she need to fill out DS_230??? And is there any fee she need to pay inside the embasy??thank you

The embassy instructions letter has the DS-230 part 1 listed as required, so yes bring it.

Many have not been asked for it during the interview, but one day they will start....

And it also cost $1,070 for Adjustment of status so be prepared for that. A whole new burden of proof to submit to the Government. This time you have to prove your marriage is legitimate.
